PART 1: HIGHLIGHTING YOUR 5-STAR TOWING SERVICE REVIEWS USING VIDEO
Below is a step-by-step on how to upload your positive reviews video as a Post within Google My Business.
Log in to Google My Business and select the “Posts” tab on the navigation menu.
Select “Add Update.”
PRO TIP: Updates stay visible for seven days. For a longer Post, select “Add Event.” Then choose today as your start date and an end date up to 364 days away. Any Post published after your Event will become the first featured Post.
Select the camera icon to upload your towing service reviews video.
Either select the blue button to find your video file or drag and drop it into the space provided.
Your video will begin processing. While this is happening, write a short message of thanks that will display on your Post. Be sure to also add a “Call now” button or “Learn more” button that links to your towing website.
Finally, publish your Post and see it live.
PRO TIP: Remember to use your reviews video link (created in PART 1) in as many ways as you’d like. Add it to the “Photos” tab in your GMB listing. Upload it to your towing company YouTube page. Post it on Twitter and Facebook. Embed it on your company website.
